Sources indicate that Pasuma and his team were ambushed by suspected hoodlums, who stoned and opened fire on their vehicle.
A viral video capturing the chaotic scene shows bystanders screaming in panic, with a voice believed to be from one of Pasuma’s team members, exclaiming; “Kasala don burst for Ikire. They don attack us. They carry gun shoot us but God dey.”
The musician was reportedly in Osun State for a scheduled performance. Fortunately, no serious injuries have been reported so far, though the traumatic incident has left the singer and his team in panic.
As of now, the Osun State Police Command is yet to issue an official statement regarding the attack.
