The Nigerian Air Force (NAF), operating under Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK), has sustained its momentum in the fight against insurgency with a successful air interdiction mission targeting a major terrorist enclave, also used as a training ground, in Bukar Meram, on the southern flank of the Lake Chad region, Borno State.
During the mission, NAF forces successfully destroyed several terrorists and key logistics infrastructure, including supply vehicles, weapons storage sites, and makeshift shelters.
According to a statement from the Director of Public Relations and Information (DOPRI), Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame, the Battle Damage Assessment confirmed that the strike significantly disrupted imminent threats to communities like Marte and Monguno.
This proactive approach by NAF demonstrates its commitment to combating INSURGENCY and safeguarding civilians in the region.
The Nigerian Air Force remains dedicated to protecting Nigeria’s sovereignty and ensuring peace and security across the Northeast and beyond. Through sustained airstrikes, NAF continues to weaken insurgent capabilities and prevent future threats.
